Welcome to my meme~

The above picture is the absolute perfect icon of where I am in my life at this moment and has caused my usual churn and burn process to kick in.

Have you had one of those "A-ha~" moments when suddenly something that has been churning and burning inside of you becomes very clear? (Ok...we are not talking heart-burn here:).

Most of us are on the journey of self-discovery and I always find great comfort in knowing I am not the only person to ever feel that way, think that thought, or have that issue. To that end, I humbly offer this meme.

This is how you participate:(exceptions noted at bottom of post:)...

1. Post on your blog about the inner reflecting that you did this week, day, or moment. Come back here and put the link to your post in Mister Linky and then leave a comment. {Please note...feel free to share entries that you have posted before. There is no hard & fast rule about what day you do this:).} A weekly reminder will be available soon. If you are interested in getting one, please make a note of it in your comment.

2. Include a track-back to this post...ie...link to it from your blog post. Feel free to use any of the graphics located in the optional graphics posts.

3. (Optional):
A. Tag three others and ask them to include a track-back to your post and this one when they post.
B. Link to this blog on your website or in your e-mail so that others can share and be encouraged also.
C. Click on the "Fave this blog" button that is in the upper right hand side of this page and/or click on the "Craze my site" button.

4. Come back any time you like to list your own reflection links and/or visit others who are participating. Mr. Linky has the links to all who participate here.

I believe this sharing will benefit both the poster and the reader. It is a relatively safe place to share(folks don't know who you really are...unless you tell them) and your new found wisdom may benefit someone else by encouraging them along their own path. Then, there is always the networking side of things...it never hurts to have others link to you.

Will you join me?

Enjoy your journey~

Phyl

Exceptions: What? You don't have a blog or a website? That's quite alright! Just post your reflections in the comments section of the post that inspired you. If you like, you can leave an email addy for others to contact you-or even post anonymously. I would hate for anyone to be left out.
